My Ivy House Chocolates journey began by making chocolates as a hobby with my daughter Chloe. I’ve always enjoyed working with food, this interest led to completing a chocolate course with Benoit Lorge in Kerry and in 2016 I turned my passion into a business. I began making chocolate using the traditional method of hand tempering on a marble slab. While this is a very therapeutic process, it also requires time and patience.
Our award-winning Hand Made Chocolates which are aptly named “Ivy House Chocolates“ are produced in small batches in the picturesque Loughrea countryside, using only fresh ingredients where possible.
